Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping

All orders include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, Carnation Creek Paper Co. is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at carnationcreekpaper@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first, as they may have additional delivery information.
